Guys, Ive wanted for long to start to express my thoughts about what I learned about the Org and the Bible altogether but I'm a PiMO. What suggestions do you have for me? I don't want to "get caught" for sharing "apostasy" and I think running a page on Facebook or Instagram is too easy for anyone to track me down. I also do not want to force my JW friends to listen to me, I just wanted to make my ideas available.

I have never seen this country so divided. Something is going to give. They is such a lack of recognition for the law. Following rules is not considered the norm anymore. Rebellion and upheaval is the new norm. The press is so biased and they inflame people.

Changing Name from Jehovahs witnesses to governing body followers?
by LovingLifeNow infirst off, they are not changing there name.
but i was thinking this morning that it wouldnt be that far fetched to do so.
i mean they could use the spin, " we have so much new light and the times are so close, that we need to be obedient to the fds," there have been many changes in the organization so we don't want to be associated with the old name, but again more then ever we need to be obedient" .

The GB is way more cautious than they must be. If they do something like that nothing would happen, no mass exodus like some exjw like to believe one day they will see.
The only thing they can't change in order to keep the control is the no talking to df rule

Author of attack with knife against Brazil's presidential candidate related to JWs
by Ray Frankz inwell, i don't know if anybody here is aware of the political mess that is happening in brazil.
it just happened that a far right candidate and (surprisingly) leader at the polls, jair bolsonaro*, was stabbed during a political act.
he is in hospital and will.not be able to campaign until an eventual second round.

Well, I don't know if anybody here is aware of the political mess that is happening in Brazil. It just happened that a far right candidate and (surprisingly) leader at the polls, Jair Bolsonaro*, was stabbed during a political act. He is in hospital and will.not be able to campaign until an eventual second round. What is very interesting is that the author of the attack, who confessed, weirdly has now four lawyers to defend him at the court. Some of them stated that the money to pay them came from the church the man attended, others say it was some person related to the church. One of the lawyers said the Church was the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Brazil's branch obviously has already sent a statement cutting any link with the stabber. But I imagine how much bad publicity it will bring.
*he is a far right politician and Brazilian supporters like to compare him with Trump but he doesnt have any idea of economics. Haters like to compare him with Hitler but he isn't half of the speaker Hitler was. His support comes mainly from the evangelicals who started a mantra that "a true Christian could only vote for him. All.the other candidates are left wing diabolical communists."

by Ray Frankz inhi guys, long time without paying a visit to this site.
today i returned to check a 'gossip' that is running around in brazilian exjw forums.. they are stating that is almost certain they will make a big change in their doctrine maybe this year yet in the annual meeting.
they say people in warwick were commenting on this.

I telk you: they are way more likely to say "Forget about 1914" or "Everybody may partake" than "you may shake a disfellowshiped' hand in the kingdom hall".

So, do you guys know anything about this?

Cotton wool jws
by purrpurr inthere was a talk i heard recently given by a top bethel bro, he was complaining that the type of young jws that have been joining bethel in recent years has been totally unfit for work or even life.
he called them "cotton wool jws" as he says that the parents of these young ones have kept them so sheltered from life that by the time they are of age to strike out on their own they are completely unable to cope socially, emotionally, mentally and that they have no practical life's skills or instincts of common sense or responsibility.
he said that the brothers at bethel have to work at peeling off the layers of cotton wool these ones have come wrapped in and that often when exposed to the reality of life away from mummy they quite literally go running back home.. for once i actually agree with a brother on the platform, i've met many a young teen or young adult whose life has been one long warm bath as it were.

2018 convention
by Akid48 insorry i forgot to update when i was there.. the only things i want to talk about is how they would tell young ones to tell every body in school that their a jw.i hate when this happens this will not go well for all.they had one random video about some kid,the kid said the teacher would make fun of him,but one day the teacher let him talk about being a jw (this parts bs)then some random teachers and the principal walked in for no reason, and he got to talk about to most of the school wtf.. i hate the fact they tell kids to tell every body their a jw once again this will not go well for all..

For the Gb at the same time worldly people including your teachers and classmates are:
part of Satan's system and have Satan's mind and are "against" us (literally, they said that in the final talk)
they are also:
very educated people who will stop a biology class to let a student talk about particular beliefs, ask you about the kingdom, respect you because you stood for your belifs...
It just can't be both. Either wordly people are bad and the JW should not try to evangelize them by word because obviously they won't listen and will attack the JW, or they are good and so there's no problem to spend time with them after school, work or having meals with them.

almost no one reads the not-for-study articles, so they can do these things like praise a book that said the steam train would bring the end of the world.

No home, no job, no source of income but his clothes were always clean and neat and he always had a good place to sleep. He must have had a rich daddy!
There's a scripture that implies that the ones supporting his work financially were mainly widowers, the "women who minstered to him". I imagine these women joined him because saw a much more open movement to the women than the so jewish religious society. Poor them, didn't see the Apostle Paul comming...
